Our memberships cannot be refunded once payment has been taken. If you would like to cancel your membership we need 30 days notice - there are no cancellation fees. If a class is missed or cancelled it cannot be refunded. We allow one week per month to be cancelled due to illness\holidays. If more sessions are cancelled we will automatically make refunds based on your current membership. Memberships must be setup before attendance is made unless you have booked in a free trial with us. Family discounts are now available. If you have two or more children attending classes, please contact us.
