Children can start dance classes from age 4. Our beginner dance classes are designed to introduce young dancers to music, movement, and basic technique in a supportive environment.

Does my child need dance experience?

No experience is needed. Most students join with no previous dance training and learn the foundations step by step alongside their new classmates!

What should I wear to dance classes?

For a free trial dance class, you can wear trainers and comfortable clothing. While dance uniforms are available for purchase from our online store, they are not mandatory to wear in class.

This goes for both our Hip-Hop/Street Dance and Cheerleading classes!

What happens during a free trial?

Your child joins a normal class and gets to experience what it would be like to come every week. This gives them a real feel of the academy and helps them decide if they would like to continue, and a chance to make some friends before they join officially!

Cheerleading:

Classes for 4-7 years run on Sundays, 12:00-1:00 PM.
Classes for 8+ years run on Wednesdays, 6:15-7:15 PM.

Hip-Hop/Street Dance:

Street Dance classes for 4-7 years run on Mondays, 6:15-7:15 PM.
Street Dance classes for 8+ run on Mondays, 7:15-8:15 PM.

Is my child too shy to start dance classes?

Many of our students start feeling shy or nervous. Our classes are designed to help new dancers feel comfortable quickly, and most children settle in within their first session!

What do students learn in dance classes?

Students learn real dance technique, performance skills, teamwork, and confidence. Classes focus on building strong foundations while helping dancers progress and perform. They will learn competition routines alongside their new skills. When they feel ready and confident, they can join their teammates at the next competition!

How do I book a free dance trial?

Trials expire after 7 days. After this, you can set up an official membership if you loved our dance classes!
